FESTIVITIES, CELEBRATIONS AND CULTURAL EVENTS
The Feast of San Leoluca is celebrated in honor of the Patron Saint of Corleone on March 1st with a procession along the city streets and the lighting of large and small bonfires as the statue passes by.
During the Corleone Carnival, floats and masked groups parade. The typical mask is the Riavulicchi: cheerful and witty “demonic” figures covered in tinkling bells and rattles.
TERRITORIAL ITINERARIES
Corleone is part of the Itinerarium Rosaliae, a naturalistic-cultural-religious path created in 2014 by the Department of Rural and Territorial Development of the Department of Agriculture, Rural Development and Mediterranean Fisheries of the Sicily Region.
